Abs- Concentrated abdominal core work for strong abs.    

Athletic Restorative Yoga - This class invites restoration, recovery and relaxation into your body. Learn tools that help prevent injury, increase flexibility, ease muscle tension, soothe frayed nerves and bring balance into your body. Restorative yoga works deeply into the body, targeting connective tissues-ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia network of the body, allowing rejuvenation and energy to flow through the body. This class strives to facilitate those of all levels in yoga practice to promote restoration and rejuvenation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Beginner Yoga - This "flow" style yoga class is for beginners through intermediate level yoga practitioners. We will focus on proper alignment, breathing and posture in the various poses. Build your strength, flexibility, muscle tone and balance. Calm your mind.                                                                                                                

Body Bar – Body Pump will help you get lean, toned and fit. We will use light to moderate weights with a lot of repetition for a full body burn. You’ll leave the class feeling motivated, challenged, and tight!

Body Blast-Work the whole body from head to toe.                                                                                                                                                                

Body Blast Strength and Cardio - Works everything from head toe with an array of equipment from the stability ball to gliders, also using the track.

Boot Camp- Get ready for a hardcore workout that tones the entire body and gets you sweating, without any fancy footwork. Various equipment and drills challenge your muscles, along with your cardiovascular system

Bosu, Balls, Bars and Bells - It incorporates cardio and strength exercises using the Bosu, the medicine balls, the stability balls, the weighted bars, the kettlebells and the dumbbells

Butts & Gutts- Tone up your lower body and core with this 30-minute class devoted to working target areas of the lower body.

Cardio Bootcamp - Kick up your strength training and cardio routine and boost your conditioning to the next level with this intermediate/advanced Bootcamp class! With this high intensity program, we will do resistance training, intervals, power sets, plyometrics and more! Get ready to challenge your body in new ways! This class is for those who consider themselves at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness and competency in basic exercise is helpful. 

Cardio Happy Hour – A mix of cardio and weights. A true surprise every week!

Cardio Weight Lifting - An hour and a half class of weight training combined with heart pumping tabata exercises. Participants will use hand held weights, body bars, and balls to get a total body workout that will challenge and improve fitness levels for all.

Cross Train Insane - it's a mix of CrossFit/Boot Camp rounds that incorporates the whole body using 4 rounds of exercises to tighten, tone and kick up your endurance. This class is definitely for the advanced workout junkie who is looking to take your workouts to the next level!

Fitness Yoga Stretch- A class for yoga enthusiasts as well as beginners. Instruction is provided to guide members through many pose sequences. Most poses have varying degrees of difficulty, and instruction is given as to how to modify the pose. Emphasis is placed on breathing. Members are encouraged to bring their own mats, though we do have extra mats available.

Forever Fit- Senior fitness class designed for all capabilities and a total body workout. We will utilize body weight, light dumbells, and tubing. Work will be adjusted and appropriate for the level of each participant.

H.I.I.T. Bootcamp - Cutting edge High Intensity Interval Training that is highly efficient and effective. Short duration workouts that burn 5x more calories AFTER exercise, also known as the "after burn."  The body continues to burn fat post exercise, EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption).  Class mantra, "Quality, not Quantity."

Kettlebells- Using kettlebells to gain tighter legs, glutes, back, arms, and abdominals. Get the ultimate core workout while developing cardiovascular conditioning, power, and flexibility. Level: Intermediate/Advance

Kickboxing- This is a bootcamp style cardio kickboxing class. A combination of aerobic and martial arts exercises with or without the punching bag to improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and develop coordination with power and precision. High intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods to burn calories and define your muscles. If you have a fit-bit or similar tracker, it will show you that you are making the most of your time spent working out in this class!

Kickboxing & Strength - This class will start off with aerobic and martial arts cardio kickboxing, then it's time to take your technique to the bags and increase the intensity of your workout by putting your punches and kicks to the test! We will finish up with an intense combination of balance, strength, coordination and stretching techniques using your own body weight, hand weights, and/or stability balls.

Kripula Vinyasa - Kripalu Yoga practice begins gently with an emphasis on being present in your body sustaining a flowing breath. It recognizes that every body is different so this practice would fit many varying levels modifying any and all asanas (poses)Vinyasa flow is where the movement synchronizes with the breath. Kripalu Yoga practice can reduce anxiety,stress and blood pressure levels, increases relaxation, flexibility, strength, endurance, and energy levels.

Spin & Tone- Class is divided into spin and interval/weight training, that tones the entire body.

Step & Cardio- Get moving as you combine step with kickboxing and other cardio based segments, in this high energy class.

Total Body - This class focuses on overall toning and fitness, incorporating an intense combination of balance, strength, agility, coordination and stretching. Perfect for both men and women and can be modified for all levels to get the perfect workout.  Burn calories, tone muscle and improve your overall strength!

Yoga- Traditional Hatha Yoga class, including postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama’s), and meditation (dhyana). Benefits include: strengthening of muscles; revitalization of nervous system; increased blood flow; calmer, happier, and a more peaceful mind.

Yoga Strength – A combination of yoga and pilates with strength training mixed in.

Zumba - Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be FUN AND EASY TO DO allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
